Terms of Service

AEVION provides creative advertising services, including free sample ads, paid full-ad production, and related creative deliverables for brands and businesses.

By accessing this website, submitting a request, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

AEVION may offer:

• free sample ad requests
• credit-based paid ad production (UGC ads, cinematic ads, hyper motion ads, product images, and other creative formats)
• included extras for paid plan holders
• creative direction, editing, and refinement
• delivery of final ad files and digital assets in the formats selected during the order process

All services are subject to availability, review, and acceptance by AEVION.

Free samples are offered at AEVION's discretion.

A free sample is a preview of creative direction and quality. It is not a full finished ad.

Submitting a free sample request does not create a paid order, does not guarantee future acceptance of a paid order, and does not require AEVION to begin full production.

AEVION uses a credit-based system. Customers purchase a plan to receive a credit balance, then use credits to submit ad production requests.

A paid ad order begins only after:

• the customer submits the order form with complete information, and
• sufficient credits have been deducted from the customer's account

Plan purchases are processed through Stripe. AEVION does not store full payment card details. Stripe handles payment collection, verification, and security in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

User accounts are managed through Clerk. By creating an account, you agree to Clerk's terms of service as applicable to authentication and account management.

Until an order is confirmed and credits are deducted, AEVION is not required to begin production.

You agree that all information you submit is accurate and complete.

You also agree that you own, or have permission to use, all materials provided to AEVION, including:

• logos
• brand assets
• product images
• videos
• music
• likenesses
• references
• uploaded files
• any other materials submitted with your request or order

You are responsible for obtaining any required rights, licenses, permissions, or approvals for the materials you submit.

AEVION creates work based on the information, instructions, references, and materials you provide.

If you want a paid full ad to continue from your free sample, you must clearly state that in your paid order form.

AEVION is not responsible for misunderstandings caused by missing, unclear, incomplete, or conflicting client instructions.

Any delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

For full ad production, AEVION aims to deliver within the stated business-day window shown on the website or during checkout, provided that the client has submitted complete and usable materials.

Delivery timing may be affected by incomplete submissions, delayed approvals, technical issues, or circumstances outside AEVION's reasonable control.

If the final delivery does not meet the agreed creative direction, AEVION may, in its discretion and according to the offer displayed on the website, either:

• remake the ad, or
• issue a refund

Any remake or refund policy displayed on the website forms part of these Terms.

Refunds are not available for issues caused by:

• inaccurate or incomplete client instructions
• missing permissions
• materials the client did not have the right to use
• requests that change substantially after production has begun

Once payment is completed and full production begins, cancellation may not be possible depending on how much work has already been completed.

If you have a problem with your order, you agree to contact AEVION first so the issue can be reviewed and a fair solution can be considered.

If the final delivery does not meet the agreed direction, the remake or refund policy above will apply.

AEVION does not guarantee ad performance, sales, conversion rates, return on ad spend, engagement, or business results.

Creative services may improve presentation and branding, but performance depends on many factors outside AEVION's control.

AEVION may use AI-assisted tools as part of the creative production process. These tools are used to generate, refine, and enhance creative content based on the materials and instructions you submit.

By submitting a request or order, you acknowledge and accept that AI-assisted methods may be used in creating your deliverable.

AI-assisted production does not affect the quality guarantees or remake/refund policies described in these Terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• the client retains ownership of materials the client submitted
• AEVION retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, tools, systems, workflows, and internal creative processes
• final delivered ad files are licensed to the client for their intended business use after full payment is received

No ownership or license to final deliverables transfers before payment is successfully completed.

AEVION may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social channels, or marketing materials unless the client and AEVION agree otherwise in writing before delivery.

You may not use AEVION to create, request, or distribute content that is:

• illegal
• deceptive
• infringing
• defamatory
• abusive
• harmful
• impersonating another person or brand without authorization
• otherwise objectionable in AEVION's judgment

AEVION reserves the right to reject any request or order for any reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEVION will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its website or services.

AEVION's total liability relating to any paid order will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific order.

Nothing on this website or in AEVION's services constitutes legal, financial, tax, or business advice.

AEVION may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version posted on the website will apply going forward from its effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
